Dear Sir or Madam,

I am coming to Seoul on August 26 as an international exchange student and would be interested in renting a room in your Goshi.

Could you kindly answer the following questions so that I have a better idea about your place?

- Do you have a room available starting the 26th of August?
- How big are your rooms?
- Does every room have an openable window?
- How much would I have to pay for a single room (including shower/toilet) for one month?
- Is WiFi included in the rent?
- Do you have a washing machine and is washing included in the rent?
- Is bed linen included in the rent (blanket / pillow)?
- Do I have to pay a deposit?
- Do I have to pay in advance or can I pay when I arrive?

1. Yes. Do you want any type of room? (Room is not so big than you think.)

2. 3. 4. Please note the following
*In and out side window Mini Room 4.83 ~ 6.6 ㎡ 300,000원~350,000원/month (no private Shower booth and toilet, can use shared bathroom)
*In and out side window Shower Room 5.06 ~ 6 ㎡ 360,000원~390,000원/month(whit private Shower booth no private toilet, can use shared bathroom )
*In and out side window One Room 7.5 ~ 15.4 ㎡ 430,000원~460,000원/month (with private bathroom).

5. Yes. WiFi, Wireless, Internet cable is free.
6. Yes. and cleanser is free
7. Yes. blanket and pillow in the rent.
8. No. No any deposit.
9. when you arrive.

** Rice, Instant Ramen(라면), Dishes and cookware in kitchen. (all free)

Room is not so big than you think.
